Laura Ashley
A new-build green roof in the heart of Henley-on-thames. The project also involved tiling works, leadwork and rooflight installation. The project was situated in a conservation area, requiring specialized materials being sourced. The project was situated on a busy high street, meaning early deliveries being organized and cleared with the local council.
Charlwood House
This project involved stripping up the existing system in full, including the screed and putting aside the paving slabs ready for re-use. We then installed a full asphalt system, incorporating tapered insulation and re-installed the paving slabs there after, including a pea gravel infill around the perimeter.
Melbourne Court
This project involved the complete renovation of this Landmark building near to Chelmsford town centre. It involved extensive asphalt works, pre-formed metal cladded fascias, and installation of a re-enforced liquid system to the main roof area.
Conybeare House
This comprised of the removal and replacement of all roof coverings to conybeare house consisting of slated pitched roofs, lead and copper clad dormers and lead flat roofs and gutters.
2-16 Warrior Square
A flat to pitch conversion in Newham as part of the Newham decent homes project. The project involved preparing the existing flat roof by installing new timber wall plates and carrying out all necessary leveling works. We then installed timber trusses and a concrete interlocking tile finish.
The Weymarks Estate
A flat to pitch conversion in north London involving installation of a metal truss system onto the existing flat roofs including a metal tiled finish. We also carried out the associated fascia, soffit and rainwater goods work.
